Join us for tours at Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2024 Southeastern Showhouse for a month-long designer showhouse benefiting Camp Twin Lakes.

Open to the public for tours April 18th – May 12th, the newly constructed 10,000-square-foot Showhouse is located near Chastain Park and open for tours Thursdays through Sundays. 

The Southeastern Showhouse is presented by developer Benecki and built by Benecki / Cole, with architecture by Amanda Orr Architect and interior specifications by Source and landscape architecture by Land Plus Associates.

Expect immaculately decorated rooms brought to life by the Southeast’s top interior design talents, from Melanie Turner to Cheryl Luckett, Jessica Davis and honorary chairs Mark Williams and Niki Papadopoulos.
